LEMON BISCUIT

Ingredients:
-Lemon yogourt
-Oil (1 cup)
-Sugar (2 cups)
-Flour (3 cups)
-3 eggs (stiff)
-Packet of yeast
-A little of butter

Preparation:

Before starting we turn on the oven in a temperature of 180 degrees.

We separate whites from yolks, withes have to be stiff. After that, we add the yolks and mix everything.
We pour the yogurt into the mix and remove again. We don´t have to through the cup, because we are going to use it to measure the rest of the ingredients. We add two cups of sugar, remove it, add one cup of oil and three of flour, after adding everything we have to remove again until there weren´t grumes.

We spread the recipient with butter and put a little of flour, then, we bake the biscuit per aproximately 30 minutes without opening the door.

When the biscuit is cooked, you can decore the result as you want!

SAND PUMPKIN

Preparation: 

We crush some cookies until they seems like sand, after they are crushed we put into the pumpkins and... that´s all!
