INGREDIENTS:

- 4 eggs
- 1 natural yogurt
- a cup of oil
- two cups of sugar
- three cups of flour
- a handful of peanuts

PREPARATION:

1. Put the eggs, the yogourt, the oil, the sugar and the flour in a bolw. Stir it well.
2. Peel the peanuts and crush them in a mortar or other container
3. Add this to the dough and toss it
4. Put in a mould the mixture and bake it
5. When the cake has make, extract the mould and put the sponge cake on a appropiate plate.
6. Decor this with motif of hallowen as you like

GHOSTY PIZZA

INGREDIENTS:
- Growth of pizza
- Phantasmagoric cheese
- Ham
- Sauce of tomatoes
- Olives
INSTRUCTIONS:
- First: We spread the pizza making on the table.
- Second: We extend the layer of tomatoes with a spoon.

- Third: We put the ham, the phantasmagoric cheese and the olives in the pizza.

- Fourth: We put the pizza in the oven during 20 minutes, 180 degrees and mode: Pizza.

WAFER CAKE

Ingredients:

1 handmade wafer packet
Chocolate cream
Decorate

Steps:

We spread the chocolate over one wafer and cover it with
another one.
We repeat this process until we reach the desired height.
We also cover the last wafer with chocolate , as well
as the sides.
We finally put it into the fridge , so that it firms up a bit.
We can decorate as neededdependending on the occasion.

Halloween cakes

The ingrdients:

-750g Nutella

-1 bag Wafers

-1 container of three chocolates balls

Steps:

The first step is to spread the nutella in the wafers

The second step is to colacate some balls of three type of chocolate in the cake

And the thirst step is to give the last retouch

This is the cake finish

LEMON BISCUIT

Ingredients:

-Lemon yogourt

-Oil (1 cup)

-Sugar (2 cups)

-Flour (3 cups)

-3 eggs (stiff)

-Packet of yeast

-A little of butter

Preparation:

Before starting we turn on the oven in a temperature of 180 degrees.

We separate whites from yolks, withes have to be stiff. After that, we add the yolks and mix everything.

We pour the yogurt into the mix and remove again. We don´t have to through the cup, because we are going to use it to measure the rest of the ingredients. We add two cups of sugar, remove it, add one cup of oil and three of flour, after adding everything we have to remove again until there weren´t grumes.

We spread the recipient with butter and put a little of flour, then, we bake the biscuit per aproximately 30 minutes without opening the door.

When the biscuit is cooked, you can decore the result as you want!

SAND PUMPKIN

Preparation:

We crush some cookies until they seems like sand, after they are crushed we put into the pumpkins and... that´s all!

How to do:
First we preparate chocolaten tehn we take the cookies and suffuse it. Before this, we put the cookies in the mold and finally we decorate it how we want.

-Brown sugar

-Process:

-Step 1:

Breack egg throw him out in the bowl and will beatit

-Step 2:

Pour a tablespoon of melted butter and a tablespoon of milk

-Step 3:

Pour three tablespoons of brown sugar, two tablespoons of flour and three of colacao

-Step 4:

Pour a little yeast and beat

-Step 5:

And after all beat for 2 minutes in the microwave.

THE CASERON

    The strange story that I then happened in a small town in Guadalajara, Spain.
    I was with my partner and best friend patrolling around a mansion, we were Civil Guards.

    We were in that area because we received a radio call from the plant, we warned about bándalos that were causing damage.
    While we patrolled, watching intently without realizing we almost dark. It was very quiet, it seemed that no one was around, when I thought we'd go to follow our routine, my partner surprised me when he got out and went alone into the abandoned mansion.
    I was waiting a long time without any communication, when the recovered could hear clearly, "If you go you'll die."

    The first thing I thought is that it was a joke of my partner, I still went to the house and just before entering through the front door I heard the screams of my fellow radio:

    - Too !, The bullets do not affect them!
    - But that happens !, Who are ?, I replied.

    Suddenly hung up, I ran to the patrol car for reinforcements, but they said it would take at least fifteen minutes to arrive, the orders I received were accurate, to wait me out, but ... What do you wait outside ?, my partner was in danger. Neither me I thought, when I was through the door, I informed him that went inside to look for him, he told me not to come, they could kill me. But ... Kill me that? Who ?.

    I obviously ignored and went without thinking twice, but already inside I was surprised, the house was completely ruined and I left behind door slammed shut, then I heard a voice that he said:
    - You have chosen the path of death, not out of here alive.

    Despite the terrible fear I felt, I went on looking for my partner and friend. After searching the house, I could finally see him, I approached, he was supported squatting in a corner, he was badly injured:

    - Leave me here, there are more loved hanging around the house. My partner said between moans of pain.
    - Do other beings, but that ?, I could not finish the sentence when something with a huge force knocked me down. I took my gun and I saw strange shadows running around, without hesitation or a moment started shooting, but they did not affect any of my shots, had given them, I'm sure, but the bullets did not seem to cause them damage.
    I began to feel a chill and before that fear does not let me react, I ran with my partner shoulders, crossed six rooms and we reached a large dining room, we lit lanterns and a statue of Christ hanging upside down, we noticed it has everything that was happening next to him was a note:

    - You have entered into Satanic territory, prepare to suffer, you will die.
    Or just not reading the note and begin to notice those strange presences around us would not know how many they could be, but they were getting closer. Fear gripped us, we were still pointing the focus of our flashlight every time we noticed something strange. When all seemed lost hear sirens companions react running with all our strength and get out, but there was no one was there, we were alone, suddenly a kind of right figure ghostly came to us taking my friend and taking him to the inside the big house.

    Everything seemed crazy, could not believe what was happening, collapsed for everything that happened I went to the car to get a better weapon. Safer went back to the big house and saw my companion approached me, I was somewhat changed and with a strange expression on his face told me:
    - In the name of Satan I will take.
    As he approached I saw that his eyes were red, seemed possessed not know how to react and meanwhile he drew his pistol and pointed it at my face, I had no choice, pulled the trigger of my gun and dropped dead, it was when they arrived reinforcement.

    When they arrived brought with them a priest, were aware of everything, as it was not the first time that had happened strange around here things helped me and talked to the priest, told me everything that happened had to take on more strict secrecy, what had happened there did not have to know anyone. Then he consoled me, told me I had done well, my partner had been the victim of possession, in case you had not fired he would have done without hesitation and would be me who would be dead now.

    The next day I left the body of the civil guard, since that day, when I pass by there I remember everything and especially my colleague and good friend.

Cake of halloween.

Ingredients:

- 300 grams of flour yeast
- 1 yogurt
- 150 milliliters of milk
- 150 milliliters of oil
- 250 grams of sugar
- 3 eggs
- Orange zest

Steps:

1st step: take a bowl, break the three eggs and beat.
2st step: beat eggs and add flour, yeast, yogurt, oil, sugar and milk. After this beating again.
3st step: scratch the orange peel and beat again again.
4st step: take a saucepan, add milk and heat.
5st step: chop the chocolate and add to saucepan of hot milk until melted.
6st step: put the cake in the oven at 180 degrees and leave it in the oven 4th or more or less 45 minutes.
7st step: once the cake baked, out of the oven and srve on a tray. Pour the chocolate over the entire cake.
8st step: to finish decorating the cake and ready.

Digging up the past – Halloween

Halloween is a holiday celebrated on thirty-firs of October and it’s taken from United States of America.

Halloween is an awaited celebration by all of children and not only by them. They dress up with costumes. Some of them paint their faces with make-up and others wear masks. Usually, the boys dress on as a pirate, because, they can have a sword and the girls dress on as witch, because they can have a pointed hat and a black cat as a pet. Sometimes, they fly on broomsticks and can turn you into a frog. There are many monsters at Halloween. The legends say that a vampire is a monster that drinks blood, that a mumy is a monster from Egypt, covered with white bandages, that a werewolf is a monster that comes out at full moon, that the ghost haunt houses and scare and kill the people.

At night, the children go trick or treating. They go from house to house and sing the classical song ‘Trick or treat, small my feet, give me something good to eat, a black cat, a big fat bat, a chocolate hat’,then, the owner of the house give them sweets. The children usually carry a pillowcase to put into the treats tey get.

The weighbours carve a pumpkin to make a Jack o’ lantern, which make a pact with the devil. They put a candle inside, to light up the face. Halloween is a really good holiday, but nobody understand the real reason of it.

After the Halloween, with three days, an woman called Kourtney decided to move with her partner, Scott. She said this to her mother, but the mother of Kourtney disliked their idea. She searched a house four monts. In twenty-eight of October they moved in a house in an old district. Of course, they bought a dog, Bernard. The dog was very strange, didn’t want eat and for the afternoon hided in the garden.

Before some hours, in their house came a neighbor, with a cake. ‘Hi, my name is Leah’, said she, ‘you’re very pretty, but into to house is also strange.’. Kourtney only thanked her for the cake. In the same night Scott geted-up suddenly, thinking that small bad, but he continued sleep.

At the second morning, he saw all the house, but didn’t find nothing. When Kourtney geted-up, she said that at night saw an outline of a man. Scarried, she remembered that Leah said. In the afternoon, when they watched to TV, the doors begun open and close. Bernard run in the garden. Kourtney scared, but Scott said that maybe was the wind. At the night, Kourtney felt a stench and that one person touched her, but she continued sleep. At the third morning in this district, they prepared the house for Halloween. They decorated the house with a pumpkin, with candles and bats. Children were in the house trick-or-treating and Kourtney went at the bathroom. When, she lokeed at the mirror saw wrote on it ‘Digging up the past’.Suddenly, Bernard started brak. It maked a pit in the garden, where was a skeleton… a skeleton of a person… a real person. At the next morning Scott spoke with an expert, called Matthew. For the jewellery, the mother of Kourtney thinked that it is a skeleton of an Indian. ‘it is just a rather scary scene which doesn’t tell us much about person buried here.’ Matthew is an expert on Amerindian cultures. He looked at the tomb carefuuly for a couple of minutes and then said: ‘ This is a tomb of a man, probably a rich important warrior. And I’m almost sure that he didn’t die of natural causes.’and scott said: ‘What can you tell?’ said Scott, ‘Easy’ Matthew explains, ‘Do you can see that line on the side of the skull? That’s where the skull was broken by something very heavy. That probably what killed him. If this man, had died of natural causes, the skull wouldn’t have that fracture. The contenents of the tomb help me determine the occupation and even the rank of the person. In some cultures, people used to bury the dead with some of their belongings and sometimes even with deshes of their favourite foods. If the man hadn’t been rich and important, he wouldn’t have owned those fantastic jewels, the large piece of gold jewellery is in fact something warriors wore over their chests for protection in battle. Like an detective, Matthew analised the remains. ‘ The position of the skeleton is like that of baby in his mother, from this we can deduce that in this man’s culture death was seen as a new birth, the begging of a new life. New, you and Kourtney must speek with a museum and give them all this.’ Scott did this.

Finally, no all the ghost are bad and no all the ghost want make us scarry. Usually the monsters are more human that us. They, all the ghost and monsters only want say us the true reason for celebrate the Halloween: THE NIGHT, WHEN THE SOULS ARE COMING BACK.

Halloween brownie.

BROWNIE

Ingredients:

3 eggs
175 g. butter
150 g. black chocolate
185 g. sugar
60 g. flour
60 ml. cream

Preparation:

We melting bain-marie 120 grams of chocolate and 165 grams of butter stirring. Beat the eggs with 165 grams of sugar, mix them with chocolate and add the flour as rain, stirring. Pour the preparation into a mold lined with greaseproof paper and bake 20 minutes at 175 degrees. Take it back, let cold and undmool. Heat the cream in a saucepan. When a boil, reduce heat and add chocolate, sugar and remaining butter and stir. Serve the brownie washed down with the sauce.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Step 2

200g of flour

They are kneaded well by the hands, stretch them using a kitchen roller, use something of flour in order that the mass does not stick you in the hand and as you go cutting them place them in the tray of the oven where you are going to bake it. Is very important not to make them too thick, because we will still have raw within, but very thin, because we would have them hard not also

It ignites the oven and put it to 180ºC, with the heat so much overhead like for below. Maybe the first time you do not turn out to be perfect

It puts the tray with the cookies and bake them during approximately 15-20 minutes, since every oven is different and can change a bit from one to other one. When the cookies are gilded by the center and something darker by the edges, they are in his point. Extract them and leave them.

INGREDIENTS SPONGE CAKE:

1 natural yogurt

4 measures of yogurt of flour

3 and 1/2 measures of yogurt of sugar

4 eggs

1 on of yeast in powder

1 and ½ measures of olive oil

Preparation:

First we throw all the ingredients in a container the big enough thing as in order that they fit all. Afterwards with the mixer we mix all the ingredients, until there stay neither grumes nor chunks of the ingredients of which we have begun.
It ignites the oven and put it to 180ºC, with the heat so much overhead like for below. Maybe the first time you does not turn out to be perfect.
It puts the tray with the sponge cake and leave it during approximately 15-20 minutes, since every oven is different and can change a bit from one to other one. When the sponge cake starts rising and does not move within, it will be ready.

Hallooween Cookies

INGREDIENTS

150 grams of wheat flour
250 grams os icing sugar
2 eggs
1 tableespoon vainilla
500 grams os butter
1/2 kilo of paste fondant

MODO BE

Beat butter, add icing sugar, ticken to beaten integrate well with vainilla and it goes driving with a spatula, we are add the eggs after we go throwing flour,you have to be a manageable doulg. And we introduce half an hour in the refigerator. Take the baking paper and our molds, estrelch tthe doulg. We fill the mold,then the bake for 20 minues at 180 degrees.
Take the fondant and color we want with the same molds we used also do wich fondant streteh with a little water to the cookie he goes by fondant, will be ganish (using for decoration puchey, brushes,etc...) This preparation takes 60 minutes.
