150 grams of wheat flour
250 grams os icing sugar
2 eggs
1 tableespoon vainilla
500 grams os butter
1/2 kilo of paste fondant
MODO BE
Beat butter, add icing sugar, ticken to beaten integrate well with vainilla and it goes driving with a spatula, we are add the eggs after we go throwing flour,you have to be a manageable doulg. And we introduce half an hour in the refigerator. Take the baking paper and our molds, estrelch tthe doulg. We fill the mold,then the bake for 20 minues at 180 degrees.
Take the fondant and color we want with the same molds we used also do wich fondant streteh with a little water to the cookie he goes by fondant, will be ganish (using for decoration puchey, brushes,etc...) This preparation takes 60 minutes.
